G-Force Theory
Running is a skill like any other to be
learned. Being able to achieve top end
speed is twofold - first, learning the
proper biomechanical movements and secondly
making the muscles stronger used in these
movements. If you are looking to improve
your athlete’s speed and overall
athleticism, then give our program a try.
This 10 session training program is designed
exclusively to improve your athlete’s
top end speed.
Only through constant repetition of proper
movement patterns are we able to retrain
the neuro-muscular system and teach the
athlete the correct way to run. The second
part of our formula for success is strengthening
the muscles necessary to achieve maximum
velocity. It has been our experience that
a majority of athletes we work with initially
are deficient in the muscle groups required
to achieve top end speed. Depending on
the age and training experience of the
athlete, we will incorporate some form
of speed specific resistance training
into every session.

FOCUSES ON HELPING EACH ATHLETE ACHIEVE
THEIR GOALS AND WORK WITH THEM TO UNDERSTAND
THEIR STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES, CAPABILITIES,
ABILITIES, AND MOTIVATIONS AND THEN CHANNEL
THAT UNDERSTANDING INTO GETTING THE MOST
OUT OF THE ATHLETE. YOU CAN REST ASSURED
